Issue A Permission For Tourist/ Entertainment Events

A service that allows users to obtain a permit for a musical, entertainment, or other event, such as exhibitions, conferences, festivals, forums, scientific or journalistic gatherings, workshops, artistic or performance shows, or theatrical performances for public entertainment or tourism purposes, provided that the event is not for commercial or economic gain.

Required Documents

    Business

  • A ticket book with serial numbers must be provided if the tourism event involves ticket sales.

  • A photocopy of the passport or valid ID of the participants in the tourism event is required.

  • Economic license for a hotel/tourism establishment/event organizer, or any entity licensed by the state to organize tourism events,

  • License is valid within the state and includes an irrevocable

  • Bank guarantee, unless approved by the department, for establishments or companies not authorized in the emirate.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application in the system and attaching the required documents
  • 2 Review of Attachments
  • 3 Submit the request in the system to obtain security approvals from the General Command of the Police.

  • 5 Issuing a tourist event license

Service fees

  • Entertainment Party Permit Fees: Permit for one night up to a maximum of 7 days with no entry fee: 1000 Dirhams

  • Permit for one night up to a maximum of 7 days with an entry fee of 2000 Dirhams: Ticket prices will be calculated at a rate of 10%.

  • Permit for more than 7 days up to a maximum of one month with no entry fee: 3000 Dirhams

  • The permit Fees is 150 AED, in the event of an entry fee, 10% of the ticket fee is calculated for the department

  • 9 or more people: Member fee: 350 Dirhams

  • Fees for event permits, excluding entertainment parties: Small tourism event fee (event with 1-30 people): 1000 dirhams Large tourism event fee (event with more than 30 people): 1500 dirhams
