Transfer Of Ownership From The Owner Of The Individual Establishment Or The Company And Vice-Versa

This service enables individuals and the business sector to register the transfer of ownership of a property or real estate unit between the owner in his personal capacity and the sole proprietorship or company and vice versa, in order to ensure that the transfer of ownership is documented in a systematic manner.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Clearance certificate/ NOC from the developer (for real estate units(

  • Original Title Deed / Ownership Certificate / Initial Registration Certificate, in case the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID

    • Business

  • The founding contract of the company

  • A Valid Passport

Process

  • 1 Log in using UAE PASS through the available channels
  • 2 Submit the application and attach the required documents
  • 3 Receive notification of application approval and payment of fees via SMS or email
  • 4 Pay the fees
  • 5 Receive notification of payment receipt and be scheduled to attend an appointment to complete the signing process
  • 6 Sign the transfer form (owner to establishment or vice versa)
  • 7 Receive the Title Deed, Ownership Certificate for a Real Estate Unit, or Initial Registration Certificate through the UAE Pass application or the Department’s document wallet
