Registration Of Termination Of Lease Contract Ending With Ownership (Complementary)

This service allows the customers to apply for the release / termination of the lease ending in ownership between the tenant and the financing bank, during which the ownership is transferred from the financing bank to the tenant.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate for the real estate unit.

  • Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally.

  • Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • A letter from the bank indicating the release of the Lease To Own, and transfer the ownership to the beneficiary.

    • Business

  • The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate for the real estate unit.

  • Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally.

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

  • Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • A letter from the bank indicating the release of the Lease To Own, and transfer the ownership to the beneficiary.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Download the title deed/ownership certificate/initial registration certificate through the digital ID application

Service fees

  • AED 350 fees for issuing of title deed and site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit

  • AED 500 registration of a release of lease contract that ends with ownership
