It is the process of update or modification of the information pertaining to the property or the real estate unit based on the ownership memorandum issued by Ajman Municipality & Planning Department or by a request from the owner of the property or the real estate unit.

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

  • AED200.00 name correction of the owner of a real estate or a real estate unit.

  • AED100.00 registration of update of title deed by way of purchase.

  • AED50.00 registration of update of title deed by way of gift.

  • AED50.00 modification of tentative registration information and ownership certificate of a real estate unit.

  • AED350.00 issuance of a tentative registration certificate.

  • AED350.00 issuance of title deed or ownership certificate.
