This service allows the owner to apply for (separation / annexation) of a property based on a memorandum issued from Ajman Municipality & planning Department and Planning or based on a court order or at a request from the owners.

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 download the title deed/certificate through the UAE PASS

  • AED200.00 application for the registration of a real estate allocated from a common ownership estate.

  • AED350.00 issuance of title deed
