Application For Resolution Of A Real Estate Dispute

The service allows the customers to apply request of a real estate dispute resolution between the concerned parties of the dispute in order to reach to a settelment that satisfies all parties, outside the scope of the court.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  •  A copy of the sale and purchase contract

  •  Copy of payment receipts (if any)

  •  Valid ID (passport / ID).

  •  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)

  • A copy of any other documents / correspondence that support the complaint.

  • Original ownership certificate for real estate units or original title deed.

    • Business

  •  A copy of the sale and purchase contract

  •  Copy of payment receipts (if any)

  •  Valid ID (passport / ID).

  •  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)

  • A copy of any other documents / correspondence that support the complaint.

  • Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Fees Payment
  • 4 Final revision of the complaint by by the concerned section in Ajman Department
  • 5 Complaint closure

Service fees

  • from a real estate office or against it: AED100.00 if the disputed amount is AED5,000.00 or less AED500.00 if the disputed amount is greater than AED5,000.00

  • between a real estate developer and the buyer of the a real estate unit AED300.00 complaint registration fees
