Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. Requirements: Main real estate project registration
The Master Plan of the project is approved by the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department
Title deed / land plan
The consultant contract and the contractor contract fulfilling all the signatures credentials (developer - consultant - contractor) certified by the notary with a copy of the commercial licenses.
A letter from the project consultant explaining the project description and land number, the name of the main contractor, the value of the contracting contract, the start date of the project and the expected date of delivery.
Acknowledgment and commitment of the consultant to the validity of the data provided and all future correspondence related to the project
The escrow account agreement between the developer and the account trustee
Submit the expected plan of deposits in the escrow account according to the sale of the project
