Modify Project Data (Complementary)

Modification of information of a main or sub real estate project -
It is a service allowing the real estate developer to modify the engineering details of a main or sub real estate project or investment building in the register of the real estate projects at the Department.
Extension of duration of a main real estate project:
It is a service allowing the real estate developer to extend the duration of a main real estate project after 5 years in the register of the real estate projects at the Department.
Extension of completion duration of a Sub real estate project: -
It is a service allowing the real estate developer to extend the duration of a Sub real estate project after the expiry of the validity of the building license issued from the Municipal Department and Planning in the register of the real estate projects at the Department.

    Business

  • A letter from the developer stating type of modification required

  • An updated timeline for the project

  • Appendix to the contracting agreement between the real estate developer, the contractor and the consultant

  • A notification letter from the developer addressed to the concerned parties (to amend / extend the data of a real estate project)

  • NOC from concerned parties

Process

  • 1 Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • 2 Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • 3 Payment of fees
  • 4 receiving of registration certificate of a main / branch real estate project

  • Modification / extension of information of a main real estate project - Modification of information of a main real estate project AED5,000.00 Extension of duration of a main real estate project AED40,000.00 to be paid annually Issuance of a recording certificate of a main real estate project AED500.00; Modification /

  • extension of a Sub real estate project Modification of information of a branch real estate project AED2,500.00 Extension of duration of a branch real estate project AED30,000.00 to be paid annually with the renewal of the building license for a period equal to the duration of the building license. Issuance of a recording certificate of a branch project AED500.00
