Comprehensive Addressing

A government service that allows the customer to obtain the spatial addressing service for buildings in the emirate. The service is divided into two parts:
Comprehensive Address Request (includes: city, sector, neighborhood, location number, house number, street name, and coordinates).
and Building Identification Name Request.

Required Documents

    Individuals

  • Comprehensive Addressing : Site Plan or Ownership Document

  • Building Identification Name : A letter outlining 3 name options for the building

    • Business

  • Comprehensive Addressing : Site Plan or Ownership Document

  • Building Identification Name : A letter outlining 3 options for the building name

    • Government Entities

  • Comprehensive Addressing : Site Plan or Ownership Document

  • Building Identification Name : A letter outlining 3 options for the building name

Process

  • 1 Submitting the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website
  • 2 Reviewing of the attachments by the service provider
  • 3 Approving the request and paying the fees
  • 4 Receiving the request through the system.

Service fees

  • Issuance of Spatial Addressing Data: 100 AED

  • Registration of a Single Building for the First Year: 1000 AED

  • Registration of a Group of Buildings (Complex) for the First Year: 2000 AED
