  • A contract with the demolition company, the owner and the consultant

  • Up to date site plan

Process

  • 1 Submit the request via Ajman Municipality & Planning Department Website
  • 2 Pay the fees
  • 3 Demolition permit will be received
  • 4 The completion certificate for demolition works must be applied for after the demolition activities have been completed.
