Certificate of Building Status

The service allows obtaining a statement on the condition of the building directed to the concerned authorities and according to the customer's request.

  • "In the case of an Armed Forces Certificate: ,Site Plan ,Valid Building Permit Letter from the Consultant Regarding the Completion ,Percentage Owner's ID

  • In the case of an Electricity Certificate (Temporary Electricity and Water Services Connection): ,Site Plan ,Building Permit ,Request Letter from the Contracting Company Commercial License of the Contracting Company

  • In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Load Increase - Meter) ,Site Plan ,Request Letter from the Owner ,Building Permit + Completion Certificate In the case of load increase for the shop (Attach the ,Commercial License + Lease Agreement) Technical Report

  • In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Change of Completion Certificate Details): ,Site Plan (for the new owner) ,Building Permit ,Final Completion Certificate ,Copy of the New Owner's ID If there is an old Completion Certificate, a Technical Report is required

  • In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Utility Services Connection): ,Site Plan ,Request Letter from the Owner ,Owner's ID Building Permit + Completion Certificate (if available) Technical Report

  • In the case of a Building Data Certification (Lease Agreement Documentation) ,Site Plan ,Request Letter from the Owner ,Owner's ID Building Permit + Completion Certificate (if available) Technical Report

Process

  • 1 Submit the request in website Amar or MPDA smart application
  • 2 Attach the required documents & pay the fees
  • 3 Receive approved statement will be sent vis e-mail

Service fees

  • 100AED

  • 500 dirhams will be added if a letter of demolition or maintenance certificate is requested
