Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. Manama area

In the case of an Electricity and Water Certificate (Change of Completion Certificate Details): ,Site Plan (for the new owner) ,Building Permit ,Final Completion Certificate ,Copy of the New Owner's ID If there is an old Completion Certificate, a Technical Report is required

3 Receive approved statement will be sent vis e-mail

500 dirhams will be added if a letter of demolition or maintenance certificate is requested
