Process

  • 1 Submitting the suggestion request through the available communication channels for the client (Website - WhatsApp - Ajman Contact Center - Email - Department Phone).
  • 2 Receiving the suggestion and forwarding it to the relevant department.
  • 3 The relevant department will communicate if the suggestion requires it
  • 4 The suggestion will be studied by the relevant department, and a response will be sent.
  • 5 Response to the customer
