Emirate of Ajman

The Emirate of Ajman is a major hub in the UAE's entity, through its role in the initiative of the Union and its geographical location. It is located within the Northern Emirates overlooking the Arabian Gulf and the middle of the Emirate of Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It covers an area of 260 square kilometers. To 600 km. Process

1 Submitting the application by the seller through the Digital Services Portal
2 A notification is sent to the buyer to approve the transaction and transfer the purchase amount to the escrow agent accredited by the Department
3 Reviewing the application and verifying the registration requirements through secure digital systems by the real estate registrar at the Department
4 Payment of the fees through the Ajman Pay system
5 Signing the contract by activating the digital signature on the UAE Pass application for both the seller and the buyer
6 Issuing the digital title deed and sending it directly to the owner’s digital wallet in the UAE PASS application, or through the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department’s digital wallet
